We are looking for an experienced Tour Operations Consultant to join our team on-site and help launch and develop our guided tour business.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and launch tour operations.
- Create and improve tour itineraries and experiences.
- Recruit, train, and support tour guides.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure tours run smoothly and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or tour operations.
- Experience managing or launching guided tours.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience leading and training teams.
- Knowledge of booking systems and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
